The agricultural farm estate rises up close to the city of Florence, amid  rural scenery that is highlighted by its small walls denoting boundaries and country roads leading to farmhouses, geometric shaped vineyards and olive groves interspersed with cypress trees.  It is within some 50 hectares of grounds that olive groves  and vineyards are cultivated and which produce a very prestigious extra vergine olive oil and an excellent Chianti wine in accordance with an ancient farming tradition that has been passed down from generation to generation.

The estate is personally managed by Aldo Pasquini and his family, both in the production of its local produce as well as the management of the farm holiday estate and it is for this reason that guests are able to come into contact with the real Tuscan culture of farming while at the same time learning to appreciate “healthy living”

The holiday apartments are located in three parts of the farm estate one part is in the main block of the farmhouse itself and the other two are in two
Outhouses near the farmhouse.  The apartments vary in size, they have all been recently restored, offer comfort and are furnished in Tuscan style which doesn’t in fact represent a trend moreover represents the style of country life and its simplicity.  Each one has a well equipped kitchen, satellite tv, washing machine.  Each lodging has its own outdoor area beneath a gazebo where you can enjoy “al fresco” dining or simply relax amid the total peace and quiet.
           
The most spacious appt. n. 1, approx 110 m2.,  is on the first floor of the main farmhouse and it has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with shower, the other with bath), a large kitchen/dining area with open fireplace and a dishwaser and  living area with tv.
Appt. 2, approx 70 m2., i salso on the first floor and has 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with a single bed, 1 kitchen/dining area, 1 bathroom with shower.
App.ts n.4 and n. 5 are both on the ground floor.
Appt 4 has: 1 double bedroom, kitchen/dining area with pull out armchair,  1 bathroom with shower.
Appt. 5 has 2 double bedrooms, kitchen/dining area with pull out armchair,  1 bathroom with shower.
In the largest of the outhouses and in the hayloft itself, on the first floor are app.ts 6+7. They are identical and each has a double bedroom, 1 kitchen/dining area with a pull out double bed, 1 bathroom with shower.
App.ts8 + 9, simple in style but comfortable  are studio flats and as such have a double bedroom with cooking area and a separate bathroom with shower. They are both on the ground floor and give access onto the stone courtyard which leads out to the garden and the pool.
App.ts 10 + 11, called “la Vinsantaia” and “l’Olivaia”,  are in the other outhouse and in a separate part of the estate.  App.t 10 has a kitchen, living area with tv and pull out double bed, a bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom with access by means of an internal staircase.
Apt.11, the same size as apt. 11 is completely open plan with a spacious overhead gallery where the double bedroom is.
