Five rooms and four apartments are available in the courtyard.

Rooms are situated at the fist floor of the main building and all of them are furnished with airco/heating, sat-tv, fridgebar, security safe and private bathroom with shower.

Each apartment has: vans, heating, sat-tv, safe and a well equipped kitchen.
"Rosmarino": 80 square meters at the groundfloor with private entrance; livingroom with double sofabed, kitchen, double bedroom, bedroom with a bunkbed and a single bed and bathroom with shower and hairdryer.

"Salvia": 80 square meters at the first floor with private entrance, livingroom with double sofabed, kitchen, double bedroom, twin room and bathroom with shower and hairdryer.

"Lavand and Basilico": 60 square meters each with private entrance; livingroom with double sofabed, small kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom with shower and hairdryer; with a wooden staircase you can reach the upper floor where you find a open bedroom with 3 single beds.

“Pepe Rosa”: First floor apartment of a building block of approximately 82 sq. meters for 4 +2 persons, with single entrance and balcony with view. It has a living room with sofa bed, satellite TV and telephone, fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom and second bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower. “Pepe Nero”: Ground floor apartment of a building block of approximately 75 sq. meters for 4 +2 persons, with single entrance and patio with view. It has a living room with sofa bed, satellite TV and telephone, fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom and twin bedroom, bathroom with shower.
