The agriturismo
The agriturismo is nestled in the typical rural Maremma landscape, 7 km from the sea at Castiglione della Pescaia.
The farm mainly produces PGI olive oil, but also a variety of seasonal fruit and vegetables.
The agriturismo offers guest accommodation in double rooms, one of which is located inside the main house, and all of which enjoy independent access to and from the large garden.
The accommodation is simply yet functionally furnished, and all rooms are ensuite and boast their own private verandas with tables, chairs and loungers.
You'll also find communal barbecues and a children’s play area.
The accommodation
Guest accommodation is provided in 3 rooms, two of which are air conditioned and the third with ceiling fans.
One room is located inside the main farmhouse, and the others are separate, recently built one-room apartments just a few metres away.
All rooms feature ensuite bathrooms with showers, hot water and televisions. Wireless internet connection is currently only available in communal areas and not in the rooms.
Activities and surrounding
The agriturismo stands among Mediterranean shrubland, olive groves and vines. Roselle and the Etruscan Vetulonia are well worth a visit. The local area offers a wealth of countryside trails, ideal for trekking, mountain biking and horse riding.
The beaches of the Maremma, especially that of Castiglione della Pescaia, are truly delightful: the coast is sandy from the mouth of the Ombrone until north of Castiglione della Pescaia, and rocky between Rocchette and Punta Ala.
Grosseto is home to nature oases and reserves such as the Maremma Regional Nature Park and theLaguna di Orbetello Reserve (a WWF oasis), home to important migratory species.

08/03/2018We spent only a night at Andreina's place worth staying there longer. The house is very clean, outdoor space with chairs, table and garden with deck chairs. Mosquito nets with doors and windows, comfortable bed, equipped kitchen even if we only made coffee. Very close to Castiglione but immersed in the countryside and therefore peace and silence. We will definitely be back. Perfect reception
