Civettaio is a typical farmhouse, dating back to the end of the 18th century, which lies on top of a little hill at 150 meters above sea level in the center of Maremma region in Tuscany.
It is surrounded by organic forest, olive trees and vineyards.

The renovation of the farmhouse was done maintaining the original characteristics. The big fire place, the roof with old wooden beams made of oak tree and chestnut, the hand made cotto floor tiles.
Five apartments and some bedrooms sleep between 2 and 8 people.
Every apartment has a kitchen/living room, some of them with their own fireplace and small garden.
Make the most of your stay by relaxing by our swimming-pool (15X7), jogging or drive mountain bikes in the forest, cooking your barbecue and enjoying a meal in the small restaurant that serves local food.
If you want you can take part of the farm life picking olives, harvesting Montecucco grapes or helping in the cellar.
