The farm has five main buildings, furnished and renovated using typical Tuscan materials such as terracotta and Tuscan travertine. Some houses are dedicated to accommodation and can comfortably sleep 4 to 6 people and have satellite TV and private parking.

Villa Capanno: adjacent to the pool, this has a typical hexagonal shape, with sloping ceilings and central skylights, and is divided over two floors. The house has two large outdoor squares and a garden with barbecue. On the ground floor: large living room with fireplace, kitchen-diner and terrace which is accessed from the living room. On the first floor: bright hallway/study, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, large cork-floored bathroom.

Villa Legnaia: located adjacent to the main house, surrounded by pine trees, cypresses and Mediterranean shrubland in the farm parkland. La Legnaia has a large porch reserved for outdoor dining, leading directly to the small wood, as well as private parking. Spread over one floor, the house is composed as follows: living/dining room with kitchenette, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower. Another bedroom with bathroom can be added, making it possible to sleep 5/6 people.
