The agriturismo
The agritourism consisting of two farmhouses immersed in the Maremma countryside is situated in a strategic position along the road leading from Grosseto to the sea of Marina di Grosseto and Castiglione della Pescaia, five minutes by car from the sea and the city.
The structure is immersed in the silent Maremma countryside, illuminated by the Etruscan sun and lulled by the sea breeze that carries the unmistakable scent of the sea and its pine forest. In the farmhouse you can find a comfortable and familiar environment; obtained from a farmhouse is immersed in the countryside and surrounded by a large garden with swimming pool where you can relax.
The accommodation
The agriturismo consists of two different structures. The first, Il Roseto, is a farmhouse which has been converted into a home restaurant for breakfast and dinner and 4 apartments, all renovated and furnished with pastel colors in the living area, natural wood furniture and wrought iron beds in the sleeping area.
- The 2 two-room apartments, Rosa Antico and Bianco Panna, consist of a large double bedroom, bathroom with shower, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child. The Bianco Panna apartment is also equipped for the disabled.
- The 2 Three-roomed apartments: Beige and Green Sage are composed of 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children.
Each apartment, finally, has an independent garden with large gazebo and table for outdoor meals or to relax surrounded by greenery and access to the immense garden of about 3000 square meters, in which is inserted a swimming pool 6x12 properly
equipped.
The second structure, Podere Corte alle Rose
is instead made up of a second farmhouse on two floors, 1.5 km away from the first one
. - On the ground floor there are two one-bedroom apartments, Azzurro and Giallo
, sleeping 3 1 and 2 1 respectively, consisting of a large double bedroom, bathroom with shower, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed. - On the first floor there is the apartment Fuxia ,
with 2 double bedrooms and one triple bedroom, two bathrooms and living room with kitchenette. All the apartments have an independent entrance and garden, large and airy pergola with table and chairs, barbecue, air conditioning, satellite TV and washing machine for common use. Guests can also use a second 8x4 swimming pool
immersed in the olive grove that surrounds the farmhouse.
At the farm you can buy some typical local products such as olive oil, wine
and veal, while on arrival at the farm guests are offered a homemade welcome cake.
Convivial dinners
are organized, where guests can dine all together in a room inside the owners' house or outside under the gazebo, sharing the experience of the farmhouse in a family atmosphere.The home
restaurant is located in the owners' house at the rose garden.
The owners are also available to introduce children to the farm's animals , including
dogs, cats and Chianina cows.
