The house is set in as secular a charming little town where the view extends from the hills of the Maremma to the sea horizon.

The Nocini di Maremma is a welcoming home for guests, thanks to the passion of the two owners Simonetta and Antoinetta, who have lovingly restored the ancient farmhouse and turned it into a place of wellness.
Nocini Maremma is open all year. The atmosphere is familiar, created by the simplicity of the gestures and the attention paid daily. The atmosphere of quiet, the decor basic but comfortable, the taste of ancient history that oozes from the rocks and the original wood, the beautiful and changing scenery that are available to view from the windows are the elements that make the Podere Nocini di Maremma an authentic, charming in its simplicity, country home.
For guests there are 4 double rooms and services and a living room with kitchen area located in one of three structures called Podere Bianco. Another room with three beds and bathroom is situated in the house called the Stable.
