The agriturismo
Il Poggio di Teo is a stone house of 1850 by the great charm. E 'it divided into two blocks, the main house, where are placed two rooms and the apartment and New Casale comprising 5 rooms and the restaurant with large windows overlooking the lawn and the wonderful oak, symbol of this lovely place. Surrounded by nature where the beauty and tranquility reign supreme. The estate is about 40 hectares, with lavender fields, Farro and Olives, in fact, produce scented sachets Lavender, Lavender Essential Oil, Farro Perlato and Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Our outdoor saltwater swimming pool with deck chairs, shaded areas and outdoor tables and our Wellness Centre constitute an area for relaxation and wellbeing, where you can pamper you throughout the year.
The accommodation
Our farmhouse is located among the wild nature of the Maremma, the lavender, the olive groves and the beautiful Argentario coast, 2.5 km from Manciano and 8 km from the spa of Saturnia. What makes it unique and special is the quiet, the scenery and the mental and physical rest that you can get staying at the pool, sipping a cocktail under the oak tree, takinig a tub in the wellness center or enjoying a fabulous dinner. This particular location, the kind hospitality combined with the professionalism of the staff, make this place suitable for holidays immersed in nature with relaxation, health and beauty. The accommodation consists of 7 newly renovated rooms, decorated with taste and elegance and with TV, refrigerator, central heating, free wi-fi and air conditioning. It has recently been added a lovely apartment with a master bedroom, a kitchenette, a living room with fireplace and sofa bed (double). All immersed in a romantic atmosphere.
All homes have independent and direct access to the surrounding garden. The must is our kitchen, well-kept and healthy, centered on fresh and tasty vegetables of own production that are used for the preparation of health-conscious menu, often enriched with delicious recipes and fine wines of the Tuscan tradition.
All meals, including the breakfast, are served in a beautiful glass-walled room, surrounded by lush garden. You can walk along the paths of the estate quietly, jogging, taking pictures, admiring the extraordinary beauty of the untouched nature and sometimes meet roe deer that come down from the woods or snails that go toward the pond.
