In the heart of the Grosseto Maremma, the Agriturismo Il Querciolo welcomes its guests in a familiar, comfortable and genuine atmosphere.

The swimming pool, surrounded by orchards and oak groves, is ideal for relaxing and enjoying contact with nature.

It has three apartments and two suite furnished with care and able to offer you days of full relaxation. The accommodations are all air-conditioned, with Wi-Fi, independent entrance and courtyard, kitchen, living room, bedrooms and bathrooms.

The structure produces a vast assortment of fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables, which you can buy thanks to the point of sale present in the company and open to the public.

For the most passionate we are available for guided tours through the orchards/yards and "picked and eaten" tastings.

The farmhouse is located within the La Quercia farm, surrounded by fruit trees and vegetable fields.

The farmhouse offers guests 3 apartments with independent entrances (Sole, Luna, Stella) and 2 Suites (Alba and Tramonto).

The Sole and Luna apartments have a spacious veranda where it is possible to eat and a private courtyard also suitable for four-legged friends, who are welcome at the farmhouse. The Stella apartment on the second floor is suitable for large families or couples of friends, has a panoramic veranda where you can eat and a terrace. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (with oven), living room with TV, one or more bathrooms with shower and different types of rooms for the different needs of guests.

The suites (Alba and Tramonto) of very recent construction are designed and built in bio-architecture, spacious comfortable, have two large verandas to relax and eat outside and are surrounded by the greenery of our farm, have a beautiful kitchen equipped with dishwasher, living room with TV and access to Netflix, large rooms with en suite bathroom, and all kinds of comforts to make you live an unforgettable experience. The suites display inside the original works of Irene Tamantini, the family artist.

The apartments/suites are all equipped with air conditioning, free wi-fi connection both inside and outside, satellite TV, independent laundry, umbrella and deck chairs in the pool area and parking space.

The Luna apartment (65 sqm) is located on the ground floor and consists of a well-equipped kitchen, living room with satellite TV, 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom (single bed) extra bed (on request), bathroom with shower, veranda with table and private courtyard where guests can lie in the sun.

The Sole apartment (65 sq m) is located on the ground floor and consists of a well-equipped kitchen, living room with satellite TV, 1 double bedroom extra bed (on request), 1 single bedroom (single bed), bathroom with shower, veranda with table and private courtyard.

The Stella apartment (85 sq. m.) is located on the second floor and consists of a veranda with table from which you enter the apartment, spacious equipped kitchen with living room, 1 double bedroom extra bed (on request), 1 double bedroom with 1 en suite bathroom (no shower), 1 bathroom with shower, terrace where you can relax in complete privacy, washing machine.

The Alba suite (77 sq. m.) is a structure in bio architecture. Furnished in light tones, it turns its gaze to the east, where the sun rises. Surrounded by large gardens, it has a separate entrance, 2 spacious and comfortable double bedrooms, each room has an en suite bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen with oven, induction stove and dishwasher, living room with TV and Netflix connection, veranda with table, relaxing veranda, air conditioning in each room, mosquito nets. laundry area and washing machine outside the suite.

The Tramonto suite (77 sq. m.) is a bio architecture structure. Furnished in dark tones with wood finishes, it turns its gaze to the west, where the sun sets. Surrounded by large gardens, it has a separate entrance, 2 spacious and comfortable double bedrooms, each room has an en suite bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen with oven, induction cooker and dishwasher, living room with TV and Netflix connection, veranda with table, relaxing veranda, air conditioning in each room, mosquito nets. laundry area and washing machine outside the suite.

The Querciolo offers many spaces to indulge in relaxation, such as the grove of oaks, the spacious lawns and the beautiful swimming pool, suitable for adults and children, overlooking the orchard of cherry, plum, peach, apricot and olive trees. Guests can also enjoy abarbecue area and the use of bicycles.

It is possible to purchase the farm's products at the store open to the public.

Upon arrival, each guest/family will receive a welcome supply of our freshly harvested produce (fruits and vegetables)

The agritourism offers bicycles for excursions in the area along the brand new bike path, comfortable and safe, which passes through the orchards and watermelon fields of the farm and through the characteristic Maremma landscape to the sea (Principina a Mare, the nearest beach, is only 10 minutes by car) or in the historic center of the city of Grosseto (3 minutes by car).

The strategic position of the farmhouse offers the possibility to visit different types of landscape: The wild sea with the crystal clear water coves typical of the coast, often immersed in protected natural parks (Maremma Natural Park beach and Cala Violina) and reachable through a short walk in the pimeta/nature. the sea Comfortable Taking advantage of the equipped bathing establishments of the seaside resorts, only 7 km away you will find Principina a mare and Marina Grosseto, 15 km away Castiglione della Pescaia and 30 minutes away the beaches of the Silver Coast. In the surroundings there are many restaurants and supermarkets. Moreover, the farm adheres to the farmers' market of the town (Campagna Amica Coldiretti), where you can find typical fresh local products (cheese, cold cuts, meat, wine, oil, fruit and vegetables...) produced by local farms.
