The Resort offers six rooms, four rooms with king size beds and two suites with independent entrance and facilities. Rooms with private terraces are available too. All rooms, three at ground level and three at first floor, are equipped with safe, satellite TV, hair dryer, complete with tasteful furniture and elegant bespoke linen. All the rooms are individually designed to create a feeling of wellbeing, beauty and serenity. The beds themselves feature mattresses which allow the degree of firmness to be adjusted to suit your particular requirement. The spacious bathrooms are finished in colourful mosaic tiling and accommodate large and luxurious showers.
Colours and materials are different in every guest room and have been chosen with great attention to detail in order to provide a refined, sophisticated and relaxing environment. Equisteum: Green is the underlying colour theme of this room. It is the preferred room for energy and relaxation. The earthy colours of the bathroom and the green of the mosaics remind our guests of the woods. In this room the king bed is positioned in a corner facing north/south.
Rosa Canina: pink and grey make this room a soft and refined environment that lends itself to inner calm. From the spacious bathroom the majesty of a Century Old Oak Tree peeks through the oval window. This bedroom has an authentic antique flavour yet accommodates every modern amenity and it can be equipped with a king bed or two separate single beds.
Biancospino: the bespoke painted decoration created by skilled artists provides a fascinating environment merging multiple shades of grey with hints of red details that are reminiscent of Hawthorn berries. The sky blue bathroom walls are harmonized with the mosaic tiling, giving an immediate sense of well being.
Fiordaliso: this Romantic Suite is situated on the first floor. The enchanting view by day offers a glimpse of the sea and at night is truly memorable. The interior is created in complimentary shades of blue with a theme inspired by the Old Noble Country Mansions. The style blends wonderfully with the wooden floor and the "Old France" frame of the fireplace. The bathroom, also in shades of blue, suggesting an aquatic marine space.
Sambuco: this Suite is also located on the first floor. The vigorous tonal colour scheme was inspired by the earthy essences and aromas of the Elder plant. The warmth of the wooden floor and the golden, orange, and cocoa colored mosaic tiling in the bathroom help purify, revitalize and stimulate mental and physical regeneration.
Achillea: the Mediterranean vegetation and trees surround the private patio on the first floor. The aromas of the vegetation fill the air in this room. The interior décor is inspired by "Marne and Palombine", which are typical Tuscan clays known for their depurative powers. This room can be prepared with a king bed or two separate single beds.

Oleandro: The pale pink of this room reminds to the flowers of the oleander hedge that surrounds the Villa.  This room faces on a stunning private loggia that has a breathtaking view on the stunning, wild Maremma.

The private swimming pool is located at the periphery of a natural terrace in a sunny open space bordered by the Oak Woods that surround the Villa. The pool on one side, has a view of the medieval town of Tatti and on the other side, it overlooks the Perolla Valley. The pool is equipped with hydro jets. The filters are very innovative and environmentally friendly because they use sea salt. Situated at the side of the pool there is an extensive lovely paved area ideal for relaxing and sun bathing. The Resort offers complementary beach towels for their guests to enjoy while using the pool.
