The agriturismo is located at the foot of a gentle hill on the outskirts of Follonica.
The property was recently renovated according to Tuscan tradition and consists of 6 apartments sleeping between 2 and 4.

The property is on two levels, the ground floor with entrance from the garden and the first floor. All the first floor apartments have parquet while those on the ground floor have Cotto d’Este floors.
The 6 apartments are equipped with all the main comforts, including heating, satellite television, terrace and bathroom.
Of these, 2 apartments have a whirlpool bath.
Stays on a “room only” basis nevertheless include a hearty breakfast offered in the courtyard. Parking is available.
For relaxation, there is a well-kept garden and large open spaces that only the countryside can offer. The proximity to the Montioni Park also lends itself to leisurely walks or mountain bike rides.
