Le Calle

The farm house is composed of three apartments: “Casa Carola” and “Casa di Olinto”, in the small rural burgh “La Cava”, nearby the farm, while “Casetta Le Calle” is 2 Km. away from the farm, surrounded by a green uncontaminated nature.
Every apartment has a garden-external area with table, chairs, sun umbrellas and a barbecue and is characterized by the typical external stairs.

Casetta Le Calle: small country house located in an undefined peculiar and gorgeous panoramic landscape. It is a 100 sqm ancient stone-built country cottage, completely refurbished that can be reached through a secondary country road in the woods, 2 Km. away from the farm. At ground floor there is a large living room with a fireplace and an old style cooking area, a bathroom with shower. You can reach the first floor through an internal and a typical external stairs; at this level a double bedroom and a twin bedroom (double on request) with a bathroom and a shower are available.
Casa di Carola: located in the astonishing rural burgh, the flat (with air-conditioning) includes a living room with a cooking area and a typical “Maremma style” fireplace, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom (double on request) and one bathroom with shower.
Casetta di Olinto: little but “all-comfort” flat, it includes one living/dining area with a typical wood stove and a traditional old style cooking area, one double bedroom and one bathroom with shower. The flat has air-conditioning system.
