The agriturismo

An agriturismo on a small farm growing cereals, sunflowers, olives, legumes, vegetables and aromatic herbs, ten minutes from the beaches of Marina di Grosseto and Principina a Mare, Grosseto and the green hills of the Uccellina Park.

This family-run complex ensures a warm welcome, with all you need for a truly enjoyable stay.

The accommodation

Guest accommodation is provided in 5 beautiful individual villas, with all the home comforts you could need, from air conditioning to heating, TVs, independent entrances and porticos or verandas with tables and chairs.

The tastefully furnished guest apartments are located inside a large, well maintained garden, in which you'll find a swimming pool with solarium, wood burning oven, barbecue, free laundry area and a private undercover parking.

The agriturismo benefits from wireless internet and is enclosed by fencing and hedges.Guests are welcome to pick and enjoy the seasonal fruit and vegetables in the vegetable garden, as well as an extensive selection of aromatic and medicinal herbs.

During Summer (from mid June to August) for a minimum stay of 7 nights, you’ll receive a free welcome dinner with pizza and typical local produce, plus the chance to book a tasting dinner (at an additional charge) at the agriturismo’s new event facility, “Casa Le Grazie”, the ideal place to enjoy farm produce to the backdrop of magnificent summer sunsets.

“Casa Le Grazie” can also accommodate small groups (families, friends, training sessions), offering a well-equipped space (video projector, stereo system) plus agriturismo accommodation.

Activities and surrounding

Lush pine groves border long sandy beaches with excellent facilities, such as those of Marina di Grosseto, Rocchette, Principina a Mare, Giannella and Cala Violina, all bathed by crystal clear waters.

Nature parks, hamlets, art and history are all on offer in and around Grosseto, Scansano, Castiglione della Pescaia and Argentario, while those looking for a little pampering will find spa centres in Saturnia, Petriolo and Sorano.

The farm is located close to a civil/military airport.
