Has 5 rooms and one suite within the three different country cottages that make the farmhouse holiday. Each room is spacious and comfortable with facilities like free wi-fi, mini bar, television, phone, hi-fi, air conditioned, safe, hair dryer, toiletries. Special care is given to details, like antique furniture, wood floors, tiles and travertine marble.
Syrah is a large double room with intense colours, bathroom with shower and a private garden to enjoy relaxation.

Petit Verdot is a large double room on the first floor, stone inserts on walls, bathroom with shower and a view on swimming pool.
Merlot is a double room on the first floor with stone wall texture, bathroom with shower and a fine view to the valley, its vineyards and olive yards.
Vermentino delux: is a double room with an independent entrance and it is named after the main varietal of Balbino, a white wine fully representing the personality of the territory, similar to the strong-willed people of Maremma. It is a warm environment with bathroom and shower, ideal for people searching for an intimate and romantic atmosphere; it has an unforgettable view on the valley.
Suite San Giovese: is named after the varietal that fully makes the Morellino di Scansano Riserva produced by Terenzi; the suite overlooks the entire estate, has an independent entrance and a private porch. It includes a double room, double bathroom with shower and a sitting room with a sofa bed.
Viogner is the varietal that makes Montedonico. This accommodation has three bedrooms with bathrooms (two double rooms and one single room), a large sitting room with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen.
