Agriturismo Lupo Vecchio

A traditional farm house of the 19th century, cleverly restored, is part of an historic farm which produces extra virgin olive oil. It is surrounded by a large park with a swimming pool and views of olive groves, just a few kilometers from the sea and places of historical interest.

The careful restoration in 2004, in full respect of the characteristics of the original structure, through both the use of traditional materials such as travertine, wood and terracotta, and new ecological systems, has enhanced the typicality and beauty of the original architecture, making the environments at the same time typical and comfortable.
The structure is divided into 8 apartments whose names reflect the farms that were once part of the farm, which still exists today and of which the farmhouse is an integral part. The apartments are particularly well-kept and are all equipped with color TV and a bathroom complete with shower for each bedroom. The rooms are generously sized for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

California: located on the ground floor with its own entrance, it is ideal for those with dogs. This very cool apartment has a living room with kitchen, a large double bedroom with a single bed for a child. Bathroom with shower.

Lischeti: on the first floor, consisting of entrance to living room with kitchen, large double bedroom and bathroom.

Rovaie: on the first floor, consisting of entrance on living room with kitchen, large double bedroom and bathroom. Wonderful view of the farm's olive groves and the small village perched a few kilometers away, Giuncarico.

Serratone: the largest and most exclusive of the apartments, located on the first floor, entrance on living room with sofa and fireplace, large kitchen, 2 large double bedrooms with their own bathroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds and another bathroom. Splendid view of the farm's olive groves and the small village perched a few kilometers away, Giuncarico.

Fontelunga: on the second floor, comprising entrance to living room with kitchen, large double bedroom and bathroom. Splendid view of the farm's olive groves and the perched village a few kilometers away, Giuncarico.

Vaccareccia: on the second floor, composed of entrance on living room with kitchen, large double bedroom and bathroom.

Chiusone: on the second floor, with entrance on living room with kitchen, a large double bedroom with bathroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds and bathroom.

Poggio Gobbo: on the second floor, with entrance on living room with kitchen, a large double bedroom with bathroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds and second bathroom. Wonderful views of the farm's olive groves and the small village perched a few kilometers away, Giuncarico.

On the ground floor there is the large and charming room of the Old Oil Press with the large fireplace, where the press and other typical objects dating back to the end of the 19th century are still visible; it is available to guests for breakfasts, tastings and aperitifs to order. It can also be rented for parties such as New Year's Eve and Ferragosto. Outside there is a tree-lined park overlooking the olive groves, where you can also walk for miles always inside the estate.Large swimming pool with gazebo, deckchairs and sunbeds. At Agriturismo Lupo Vecchio you can totally relax, perhaps lounging on the edge of the pool, or go for a walk or bike ride surrounded by nature within the property. The countryside offers numerous trails for mountain biking; while for those fond of horse riding there are nearby stables that organize trail rides and hacks in a unique environment. Tennis courts and spa are only 10 minutes away, and the Golf Club is only a 15 minutes drive away.
The area is rich in places of great natural, artistic and cultural heritage.
The Nature Parks Parco dell’Uccellina and Diaccia Botrona deserve a visit by nature lovers; they are less than half an hour away.

For those who are passionate about history and archeology, we suggest the magnificent Etruscan tombs in Vetulonia, which are a perfect destination for a short bike ride, and the marvelous ruins of the ancient city of Roselle.
The strategic location of the farm also allows you to reach towns of great interest such as Massa Marittima, San Galgano, Montepescali and Siena, all within reach in less than an hour drive.
Food and wine are other great characteristics of this region. Thanks to some major wineries in the immediate vicinity, it is possible to follow the steps of the production of Montereggio wine and treat yourself with delicious tasting.
In the summer, it is impossible not to be tempted by the sea in Castiglione della Pescaia (15 minutes by car) or Punta Ala (30 minutes).
Your well-behaved 4-legged friends a very welcome in the agriturismo and can take advantage of two fully equipped beaches nearby.
