Pietreto

The holiday farm is made up of two totally independent stone farms that adapt themselves to the sloping ground with olive trees and ancient chestnut trees. Both farms are finely furnished respecting the tradition of Tuscan Arte Povera. The special attention given to the green and the farm equipment (a wood-burning oven, a BBQ, tables and chairs, and deck chairs) make the outside areas particularly agreeable.

Casale Ulisse - This farm, of about 100 sq m, has got five rooms on two floors and is surrounded by lit up and equipped gardens.
On the ground floor : a large veranda, a large living room/kitchen with a double sofa bed. The stone kitchen has got an oven, a dishwasher, a freezer and an American coffee machine. A shower, a bidet, a WC. Air conditioning.
On the first floor ( which you can reach both from outside and inside) : two bedrooms, a bathroom, with a shower, a bidet and a WC.
Outside: a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower, a bidet and a WC.
Guests have at their disposal a washing machine, a safe deposit box, air conditioning, a hi-fi equipment, Sat TV, a wood-burning oven, a BBQ and the swimming pool.

Casa Belvedere -This is a small but comfortable stone farm with an open living room which has got a double bed. There is a cooking area equipped with an oven and a dishwasher.
There is also a bathroom with a shower, a bidet and a WC. This farm has a beautiful veranda with a panoramic view.
Guests have at their disposal: Sat TV, a hi-fi equipment and air conditioning. In the garden: garden furniture, a wood-burning oven, a BBQ and the swimming pool.
