The country house consists of a main building, where the owners live at the ground floor, and the apartment ?belvedere casale? at the first floor. Nearby there is a small villa, with the apartment called ?belvedere villetta?. The houses are surrounded by a beautiful garden and a small playground, with barbecue and a big pizza oven.

?Belvedere Casale? is a newly renovated apartment, for up to 5 people, located on the first floor of the main building. It has an independent access with loggia, a large living room, a nice kitchen (fully equipped, with oven, refrigerator/ freezer and dishwasher), a double bedroom, a bedroom with three beds and a bathroom. There is also a big balcony with marvellous view on the surrounding countryside, with an iron table for dining outside. Independent heating. Airconditioning in both bedrooms. ?Belvedere Villetta? is a new apartment for up to 4 people, in a pretty independent villa. It consists of a big living room with fully equipped kitchenette (with oven, refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher) and a doublebed sofa, a double bedroom, shower/wc. Big balcony with marvellous view on the surrounding countryside and an iron table for dining outside. Independent heating. Airconditioning. TV with Astra satellite receiver. Washing machine in the utility room.

For both apartments possible additional double bedroom with shower/wc and independent access. Located in the ground floor of the main building.
