The farm accommodation consists of 4 separate buildings, the result of restoring the old existing outbuildings round the main farmhouse, which together formed the original farm complex. The finishes and furnishings have been carefully chosen to reflect the character of the place but also with the aim of providing guests with comfortable rooms that are suitably equipped even for longer stays. All the buildings are in a natural setting, with stone walls, flower-beds and ancient trees and all enjoy an enthralling view of the hills, running gently down to the sea.
Casaverde is the biggest of the buildings, while Casarancia is a small room with a very special bathroom. The Casagialla and Casablu properties can be inter-connecting.

CASARANCIA: This stand-alone accommodation, totalling 28 square metres, consists of one bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a small lobby with a minibar. It has a TV, air-conditioning and heating, a wood-burning stove, a dedicated porch, garden and barbecue.

CASAVERDE: This self-contained apartment, totalling 94 square metres, has a split level layout on two floors, with living room, bathroom and kitchen on the upper level and two bedrooms on the lower. It has a TV, CD player, heating and a wood-burning fire, a balcony, furnished outside terrace and barbecue.

CASAGIALLA: This stand-alone accommodation, totalling about 50 square metres, consists of a large bedroom with a double bed and room for a small additional bed, together with a small room fitted with a sink and fridge. The third room is a bathroom with a shower. It has a garden outside with a pergola, table and benches.

CASABLU: This stand-alone accommodation, totalling about 80 square metres, consists of 2 bedrooms and a living room with a sofa-bed. All rooms look onto a large terrace provided with a pergola, table and sun-lounger. It has a bathroom with a bath and a storeroom with a fridge and pantry.

In the farmstead’s own restaurant, guests can enjoy splendid examples of traditional Maremma cooking with variations on classic Italian dishes. The menù varies from season to season and depends on the availability of the ingredients our chef uses to produce the recipes.

Primarily home-produced ingredients are used in preparing dishes, extra-virgin olive oil, vegetables from the garden, poultry reared on the farm or bought locally from producers and farmers chosen for their quality and reliability.

Naturally, everything is accompanied by our wines, Morellino di Scansano and Vermentino.
Breakfast is based on simple, carefully chosen produce, from traditional home-made cakes to our own honey and jams.

During the Summer season, it is possible to eat outside in the restaurant garden, where the tables offer a splendid view that extends from the hills as far as the sea.

Facilities include also a wine tasting room.
Guests staying on the farm also enjoy the use of the swimming pool and Jacuzzi, set in a spacious garden area with deckchairs and sunbeds.
