A young agricultural resort situated in Maremma Grossetana, nearby to the antique village of Marsiliana and few kilometres from the beaches of Argentario and the Thermal baths of Saturnia. The agritourism resort offers two restructured apartments with a traditional Tuscan flavour, from the small hills where you will find a little valley surrounded by woods of live oak and acorns.

The resort is constituted of an old rural home, where the owners live and, to maintain the tranquillity and welcoming feel, there only two apartments, situated near the barn.
The apartments are ample sized one bedroom apartments set on two levels, with independent entrances and panoramic views: column on the internal yard and panoramic views on the surrounding countryside.
On the ground floor there's an elegant living room decorated with the family furniture and with a comfortable double sofa bed, a dining room and a practical cooking corner with all the necessary equipment.
On the top floor there is a double bed with en suite bathroom equipped with shower. All the apartments have an individual shady and covered porch area, furnished with wooden armchairs and tables and facing a well kept garden with roses and Mediterranean essences.
