We live in an apartment of the farmhouse (Sunset) and we are available for guests to immediately solve any problem and make the stay unforgettable with tips and information about Tuscany.

We discovered this unspoilt part of Tuscany in 1999 and since then our lives are dedicated to transfer the passion for these places to all guests who become residents fully integrated with us in the local community.
Our intention is not to just sell an apartment, equipped with every comfort, and also studied in detail, but to accompany the visitor in the discovery of the Tuscan excellence for the time spent here.
The farm consists of 3 newly built modules (cork oak, arbutus and Broom), and 2 existing apartments in the nearby village of Monte Acuto (Sun, Dawn and also the old barn Luna, used as a common area only 100 meters away from other 3 modules) for a total of 5 apartments. The residential new construction modules were built with old recycled materials identical to the ancient buildings.
I am sure that our apartments, with careful attention to detail and equipped with all amenities, can meet your needs: we are 5 km from Terme di Petriolo (42 degrees hyperthermal water), in front of Montalcino (Brunello), and close to Siena (Chianti), immersed in nature between two nature reserves, in a deafening silence, without noise, with a spectacular 360 degree view of the Tuscan hills and, at night, with thrilling views of the stars including the milky way, many possibilities walks in the woods or in the art cities of Tuscany and Umbria, within easy reach: in fact the highway to 4 lanes very close (5 km from grosseto and 10 km from siena) makes it particularly easy and fast to reach the goals within 100 km (Rome takes about 2 hours).
The infinity pool Infinity on wood blends perfectly into the surrounding environment and its board you can enjoy a unique view. In addition there are 2 fresh gazebos with table and lounge with wi-fi for lunch or just chat while listening to this music cable radio throughout the area.Tutti apartments have the possibility to use 4 barbecue available and 2 tables 18 people reserved for guests in a gazebo equidistant from the apartments. It 'also a mini indoor whirlpool spa for 4 people with panoramic views. You can then make use of the former barn, now a common room to read, play games or sample products.
PRODUCTS:
Even for products "Poggio alla Rocca" let nature take its course and to the fruits of this land dedicated to the olive tree and the vineyard. The three types of extra virgin olive oil is obtained by cold pressing of three cultivars (correggiolo, leccino and dolciano) with excellent organoleptic characteristics. The vineyards of Poggio alla Rocca are exposed south-west, in front of Montalcino, on calcareous marl rich in minerals. The plant dates back to 1975 and the old recipe chianti includes the following varieties: Sangiovese and Ciliegiolo (red 13.5%). Malvasia and Trebbiano (12.5% white)
