The agriturismo
The Poggio Corbello farmhouse complex is immersed in a land dedicated to those who let themselves get carried away by the strong sensations of a landscape that runs quickly from the sea to the splendid Mediterranean wooded hills and from the marvellous beaches with pine woods of the Tyrrhenian coast to the ancient and fascinating finds of Etruscan and Roman villages. From the farmhouse you have a splendid view over the Accesa Lake, the ideal place to relax, go swimming and go fishing.
The accommodation
Apartments swimming pool view 1 and 2 (sleeping 2+2): two-room apartments on the first floor measuring around 45 sqm each and comprising a lounge with double sofa bed + kitchen area, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, balcony shared between the 2 apartments, both with a view over the swimming pool. They have a colour tv, heating and fridge.
Apartments lake view 1 (ground floor) and lake view 1 (first floor) (sleeping 2+2): two-room apartments measuring around 45 sqm each and comprising a lounge with double sofa bed + kitchen area, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, a large balcony on the first floor with a splendid view over the Accesa Lake, and a large portico on the ground floor with a view over the garden. They have a colour tv, heating and fridge.
Garden Apartment (sleeping 2+1): it is situated on the ground floor, newly built, stylishly and carefully furnished, and comprises a double bedroom, bathroom with shower and kitchen with lounge. Inside it has a colour tv, heating and fridge and outside a large portico with a view over the garden. It is joined to the Garden Room.
Apartments Girasole, Fiordaliso, Ginestra:
flats of 75 sqm: double room, double bedroom and bathroom on the first floor while the ground floor kitchen, living room with sofa bed and 2 bathroom.
Outside terraces with tables, chairs and loungers, with wonderful lake views.
Mono I-II-III-IV (sleeping 2+2): comprising double room on a mezzanine level, ground floor with a lounge with sofa, bathroom with shower, portico and large garden. The apartments measure around 40 sqm and are all decorated in poor art style. They all have a colour tv, heating, air conditioning and fridge.
Mono V (sleeping 2, for disabled persons): ground floor, comprising a lounge with a double, a bathroom with shower equipped for disabled people, portico and garden outside. It has a colour tv, heating, air conditioning and fridge.
Bedrooms I-II (sleeping 2): situated at the ground floor, measuring around 16 sqm each, they comprise a double room and bathroom with shower. They have a colour tv, heating and fridge. Outside there is a large portico where you can relax and admire the Accesa Lake.
Garden Room (sleeping 2): situated at the ground floor, newly built and with care taken over all the smallest details, it has a colour tv, fridge and heating. Outside there is is a large veranda with a view over the garden.
