Poggio Macinaio

Around the house  the beautiful landscape of the green Maremma hills, secular olive trees, wood and an immense peace, ideal to recover from the hectic everyday life. There are 3 apartments and 1 double room with bath available.

Apartment 1 ( 4+2 pers).                                                                                   
The apartment is situated on the ground floor of the eastern part of the house. In front of the private entrance, there is a table  for outside eating and a secular oak tree that, during the hot summer months, is a natural parasol.
The apartment is composed as follows: living/dining area with kitchenette and sofa bed, double room, bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower.
Apartment 2 ( 2+2).
The apartment is situated on the ground floor on the western part of the farmhouse. In front of the private entrance, there are table for outside eating and deck-chairs and a parasol. This apartment is composed of: living/dinig area with kitchenette and sofa bed, double room, bathroom with shower.
Apartment 3 (2+2).
In the north-east part of the house, there is a private entrance that leads up to the upper floor, where there is a spacious double room, living/dining area with kitchenette and sofa bed, bathroom with shower. Private garden is available with table and dek-chairs, among secular oak trees.

Directly next to the entrance of apartment 3 there is another private entrance that leads up to the upper floor where a spacious double room with bathroom is situated.
