The agriturismo

The property, whit swimming pool, extends in a suggestive location, on the hills of the Maremma Park, 9 km from Grosseto and near the sea. The welcome is cordial and reserved: the owners are always present to give advice on itineraries in the area, typical trattorias, activities in the Maremma Park. Upon reservation, breakfast and two typical dinners during the week are offered. Pizza on request during the other days. The cuisine is based on typical and seasonal dishes and only local products are used for the preparation of the dishes. Discounts for the parking of Marina di Alberese and for the itineraries of the Maremma Park.

The accommodation

The business, located in the heart of the farm property, is a family-run operation and offers guests a relaxing stay in direct contact with nature, where the tourist is accommodated and welcomed with cordiality and attentiveness. There is a vast lawn including: a swimming pool with a sun deck and a separate pool for children, both equipped with warm showers and a bar, as well as a bowling alley (italian “bocce”), a children's playground, 6 barbecues and a wood stove next to an outdoor dining area which is lit up for evening use, a private car park and a common room for entertainment purposes.
The country house offers a comfortable stay in newly-built structures, also elegantly-furnished and with mosquito screens over the windows.

La Terrazza e Poggiorossino: apartments about 32 square metres, composed whit double bed, living room whit kitchen, bed settee and bath room whit shower . Private terrace whit table and chairs.
Il Belvedere: an apartment about 50 square metres, composed whit double bed, living room whit kitchen, bed settee and double bathrooms whit shower. Private terrace whit table and chairs.
Il liburno, la Sughera and Il Glicine: apartment about 28 square metres, with Tv, WI-FI, living room complete with tables, chairs, refrigerator, kitchen and double bed with bathroom with shower.

In addition to an overnight stay, the resort can make available to their guests a service of breakfast with cakes baked in the oven and jams.

Activities and surrounding

One hectare of green area with games for children, bowls, swimming pool (7x15 m), served by hot showers, bathrooms with changing rooms. Each apartment has its own reserved umbrella with two sunbeds in the pool and you can also relax by reading a good book on the hammocks in the garden. There are also 6 barbecues to cook your own meat and then eat it on the table outside. The ponies Debby and Pallino are fun for the little ones.


The Belvedere knoll, inside the farm, offers a wonderful view of the Uccellina mountains. In the Maremma Park there are many paths for walking, mountain biking or horseback riding. The coast can be reached in 15 minutes and with a very short trip you can reach all the important destinations such as the thermal baths of Saturnia and numerous archaeological sites. There are agreements for cruises and ferries to Giglio and Giannutri. It is possible to organize tours to wine cellars and make purchases in selected stores of all regional food and wine specialties.

The farmhouse offers its guests discounts for parking on the beach of Marina di Alberese and for the itineraries of the Maremma Park.
