The agriturismo
The estate is in the Alberese region, on the slopes of the Uccellina Mountains, in the Maremma Nature Park just a short distance from the sea.
The agriturismo is accessible by car or public transport, and bicycles are provided for exploring the local cycle tracks.
Horseback excursions through the park are also available.
The accommodation
Guest accommodation is provided in two blocks, one old - comprising of the main house - and the other newly constructed. In the old block there are three rooms, one with a kitchenette and bathroom, one with a bathroom, and one with a bathroom and kitchen (for larger groups, these can be combined to create a three-room apartment with kitchen).
The accommodation is comfortably furnished and the old walls keep the rooms cool in summer and warm in winter. To the rear of the house you'll find the Veranda room, with bathroom: this room offers a host of typical features, with walls, vault ceilings and an arch in exposed brick, creating a frame around the head of the bed. Outside, the loggia is the perfect place to cook and eat.
The new block, built on an antiseismic structure, offers two spaces. The first comprises of a large bedroom, a smaller bedroom and a kitchen with loggia, and the second, to the rear, offers a bedroom with bathroom and kitchenette, a private setting perfect for couples which also enjoys a loggia and garden.
The agriturismo is especially proud of its large garden with sunbeds, loungers, chairs, barbecue and gazebo, the perfect place for outdoor dining.
