Surrounded by soft grass and with a 360-degree view stretching over the Maremma countryside, Villa di Pietra offers its guests four tastefully decorated apartments, each with a large and independent section of garden with a natural gazebo from which to enjoy the beautiful Tuscan sunsets. Positioned on a gentle hill, the 4 two-room apartments have spacious interiors and are fully furnished with a style and quality that make them more like home than a holiday house. Each apartment has a spacious and bright bedroom; a living room with kitchenette and working fireplace and a large sofa bed that can accommodate two people; and a bright bathroom with shower and bidet. There are all the comforts you need to make your stay here enjoyable, from washing machine to dishwasher, large closets, and outdoor furniture under a natural gazebo.

La Casa Rosa
Constructed from local stone and with a fusion of the typical colours of Tuscan houses, Casa Rosa is built on two levels. A four-room apartment is located on the first floor, comprising three bedrooms and a furnished terrace of 100 sqm. On the ground floor, there are four large and bright two-room apartments with a section of garden and gazebo made of wood and other natural materials. Two-room apartments: Located on the ground floor of the building, the apartments have direct access to part of the garden with a gazebo made from natural materials, complete with table and chairs. The interiors are bright and airy, furnished with taste and with the comfort of their guests in mind. The bedrooms have direct access to the outdoor area as does the lounge, where you will find a sofa bed that can comfortably accommodate two people. The kitchen area is equipped with all the essentials including a dishwasher and washing machine. The bright bathrooms have a shower and bidet. With an attention to detail and well maintained, they are true gems in which to spend your holidays. Four-room apartment: This is a roomy apartment of more than 100 sqm, with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, lounge with a large working fireplace, kitchen with dining area, and a terrace of more than 100 sqm. The terrace is completely furnished with a seating area, table and chairs, and an awning, and is perfect for enjoying the magnificent sunsets while eating or sipping an aperitif. Located on the first floor, the apartment is furnished with everything you need including dishwasher and washing machine. Each apartment has a dedicated naturally shaded parking space and guests can make use of bicycles to move around and enjoy the surrounding countryside.

The apartments are self catering and offer every comfort: adjustable heating, tv with sky decoder, hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. On arrival, visitors will find the beds made and a full set of bathroom towels, a complete set of utensils, dishes and dish towels for the kitchen, as well as a welcome pack.

The newly built swimming pool dominates the flat area and is surrounded by soft grass. Equipped with more than enough sun loungers and umbrellas for all our guests, the pool area is ideal for relaxing and is a safe area for children to play in. Beside the buildings you’ll find a children’s play area and barbeque area with pergola, table and chairs.
