In the heart of North Maremma there is an area of rare beauty, where the play of shadows on the age-old woodlands melts into the green of the meadows and the blossoming gardens slope gently down towards the meandering river Ombrone.
The impressive Mount Amiata stands in the background. Nestled in amongst this unspoilt landscape stands a very atmospheric building, Santa Genoveffa, a splendid example of an 18th century Maremma country house.

All the 16 spacious bedrooms, named after a flower or a bird, are ready to welcome our guests. Each bedroom has a lovely view, allowing one to breathe in the magic of the surroundings, and is fitted with its own bathroom, direct dialing telephone and satellite TV.
- Bedrooms on the second floor of the main building: n° 6 (all with private bathroom with shower and hair dryer).
The following ones are composed by a double bed and a single bed: FIORDALISO (bluebottle), NON TI SCORDAR DI ME (forget-me-not), PRIMULA (primrose) and MIMOSA.
The following ones are composed by a double bed: MAMMOLA (sweet-smelling violet) and GARDENIA.
- External bedrooms: n° 9.
The following ones are double, with private bathroom with shower and hair dryer: USIGNOLO (nightingale), RONDINE (swallow), CANARINO (canary), PASSERO (sparrow), SCRICCIOLO (wren), ALLODOLA (skylark), FRINGUELLO (finch) and MERLO (blackbird).
Accomodation can also be provided in a beautiful apartment on the first floor of the main villa and composed of a big living-room with historical fireplace and kitchenette (with dishwasher and electric oven). Furthermore, there are two double bedrooms with private bathroom with shower and two double divan beds.
The Superior bedrooms are are fitted with their own bathroom with shower and hair dryer, direct dialling telephone with internet connection, satellite TV, heating, air conditioning and frigobar.
The Superior Maxi are very big bedrooms, fitted with one or two extra beds.
