The agriturismo is located on a renovated old farm belonging to the Ente Maremma organisation, surrounded by 10 hectares of land.
Situated in the middle of a valley surrounded by hills covered with Mediterranean shrubland and artichoke and olive plantations, near Castiglione della Pescaia, and by beautiful beaches and vast pine forests, it is close to major tourist sites, such as Etruscan and medieval villages and towns.

The agriturismo consists of 2 apartments:
Leccio: the result of the renovation of the old farmhouse, this has a kitchen, bathroom with shower, single bedroom, double bedroom and large terrace where guests can admire a magnificent panorama of the surrounding valley.
Mandorlo: this has been converted from a room originally used as a storage room and a room from the other apartment has been added. It consists of a kitchen, bathroom with shower, single bedroom and double bedroom. It is accessed through a large garden with equipment for outdoor dining.
