Thanks for the review. We are very surprised by the 5 star rating and your comments. Our B&B has 17 apartments (most of them for 4-6 people) of which some double rooms and breakfast is compulsory (it is a B&B). In this period, the small accommodations are occupied immediately and so, yes, the double rooms (included in the package) were full (as they are for the near future). Before booking, everything was communicated and it was very clear what was to be paid and what was included, and therefore, the choice was yours.

Given the COVID situation, we can no longer make our buffet, and therefore, breakfast is served at the table. We have never missed the products that are all LOCAL or HOME MADE of an EXCELLENT quality, and can be asked WITHOUT WANT, so we remain confused about the comments of the breakfast. We are sorry if this service was not what you preferred, but given the new rules, unfortunately we can not do otherwise. Clearly, being in the countryside, if you have jam on the outside table at 9.00 a.m. we could also get a wasp and we are sorry, but there is nothing else we can do to suggest eating at the tables inside where there are no insects.

Our restaurant is closed only on Wednesday evenings and we offer HAND-MADE PIZZE in our old wooden oven. WE NEVER HAVE HAVE A NEGATIVE COMMENT ON PIZZE. In fact it often remains one of the highlights of the week for our guests. They are really good and even the dough is made by us. Guests can eat them on their terraces or on the terrace of the restaurant. This is also communicated before arrival.

We inform all our guests that we do not have air conditioning (which is not needed at this time) and we do NOT have mosquitoes in our location. The studios are located on the ground floor with an embankment in the old stables of the farm and are very pleasant during the summer because they stay cool, but of course they have windows on one side. However, there are photos of each apartment on our website so that you can evaluate your accommodation before booking.

If I can make a kind suggestion, I would advise you to evaluate well your needs before choosing a place to stay because if there are already problems or controversy before arriving, it certainly does not give you the chance to get off on the right foot :)
