The agriturismo
The Tenuta Col di Sasso is an oasis of silence, nestled in nature and the scents of the Maremmana countryside. Found at the centre of the nature reserve of Scarlino, the Tenuta is found along the hillside, amidst forests and olive groves right near the sea.
The flats and villas are part of a delightful hamlet, and are made up of one or two rooms, single or double bath, living room with dining table, equipped kitchen with fridge, oven and burners.
The Tenuta is found between the sea and the hills of the Tuscan countryside; in 15-20 minutes you can reach the main attractions on the coast, like Punta Ala, Castiglione della Pescaia, Follonica and Marina di Scarlino, where you may rent boats.
The accommodation
All flats have a private outdoor area with table, chairs, and lounge chairs. Private parking.
The lovely pool has 3 areas: the central area, a smaller side area for kids, and a jacuzzi.
The garden is full of plants and trees of the Mediterranean; also barbecue and gazebo for outdoor events.
Wi-fi internet also outdoors. Laundry room with washing machine.
