Parco dei Lecci: the three apartments and seven rooms next to the villa are served by a swimming pool immersed in a beautiful park of pine trees, with a view over Massa Marittima. The rooms offer an alternative for those who prefer hotel-like accommodation. The restaurant is about 400 m away.

Podernovo: a beautiful farm in a stunning location next to the restaurant and about 200 m from the pool, consisting of two apartments connected by a large terrace. Private garden with sun loungers, tables and umbrellas.

Lame: large farmhouse in a panoramic position composed of three apartments. Large garden with garden furniture. Situated around 200 m from the restaurant and from the fitness centre. Next to one of the swimming pools.
