The agriturismo is immersed in the Maremma countryside, 2 km from the sea, and is part of a farm that produces fine quality extra-virgin olive oil. An old, recently renovated building houses seven spacious apartments fitted out with all comforts.

The farm extends over an area of more than 40 hectares, with about 5000 olive trees, many of which are one hundred years old. The agriturismo has been created in one part of the old building that also houses the farm’s oil mill, where fine quality extra-virgin olive oil – “l’olio della Pia” – is produced.
The agriturismo is structured on two levels: three apartments on the ground floor, two of which are set up to accommodate disabled guests and four apartments on the first floor. Each apartment has its own entrance; the ground floor apartments also have a small, private garden area, while the ones on the first floor offer magnificent views of the olive grove, the surrounding countryside and the sea.
Each apartment is at least 40 m² and is comprised of a large living area with kitchenette, a spacious double bedroom and a neat bathroom. All the apartments have air conditioning, television, double sofa-bed in the living room and fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, hobs, oven, utensils and dishes). The apartments can accommodate from 4 to 6 people; on request an extra cot and playpen is available for infants.
The facility provides its guests with a laundry room with washing machine, an equipped barbecue zone and undercover parking.
