The facility has three rooms furnished in the typical Tuscan style, all with private bath, heating, TV, free WiFi and independent garden. In the manor house you can savor typical dishes of the Tuscan cuisine (reservations required).
The underground wine cellar built in the XIV century to store the farm's own wine and oil has been renovated according to the original design, its features intact.

The facility is located between Livorno, with its long beaches like Calafuria and Castiglioncello, and Pisa. Thanks to the motorway, this site is just 40 minutes from Florence, cradle of the Italian Renaissance and art with its numerous monuments and museums.
