The farm lengths on about 43 hectares. Te farm is cultivated with olives and vineyards in the famous sweet and verdant hills of Maremma Toscana, beside the seacoast and Cecina city. The proprietarily house have been built during XIX Century . At the beginning the farm was of Duke Leopoldo II.

Fattoria di Collemezzano have at one's disposal guest some properly restored flats . Some of them present the typical features of the XIX century, others present the typical farmer style of Tuscania.
The flats are really large and present all the modern comforts: heating, television (if required), washer, dish-washer and a really comfortable kitchen.
Furthermore, they are equipped with a furnished external place. They surely represent the best solution for the families which want spend a relaxing period in an independent house and surrounded by landscape quiet.
