Via San Bartolo, 88, 57027 San Vincenzo (Livorno)
3 minutes from the beaches of S. Vincenzo, this site was chosen by a Roman cardinal for his summer holidays.
Indeed, the facility is surrounded by a pine forest, in a high position from which it looks over the Tyrrhenian Sea and the Etruscan Coastline, from Piombino to Castiglioncello, right through to seeing the outlines of the Tuscan archipelago and of Corsica.
This recently restored agriturismo has retained the charm of the old residence, without sacrificing comfort.
All the apartments offer the private accommodation and the possibility of “al fresco” dining. The common areas include a solarium, a ping-pong, children’s games and three barbecues. The old kitchen with its large fireplace has been converted into a common room.
The buildings are reached by an avenue leading from an automated gate to the parking area and to the internal courtyards.
The apartments are located in three of the four existing buildings, while the fourth small cottage houses reception and the laundry. The 11 apartments can accommodate from 2 to 11 adults in independent lodgings. Each apartment has a kitchen or kitchen nook, full bathroom, TV. The décor is simple but welcoming and functional. On request, guests can use the washing machine.
