The building has been carefully and skilfully restored, every care being taken to retain the characteristics of traditional buildings, but with an eye to modern comforts.
Each apartment has full air conditioning and central heating. Each has an independent entrance, a private garden with barbecue and dining table, TV and a wall safe. There is private parking for all our guests.
Il Castagno Toscana is set in an ample garden with a swimming pool and hydro massage, all this surrounded by a centuries old chestnut grove.

Flat Quercia: An independent two-roomed, single storey building of 54 sq.m. which has a private garden of some 100 sq.m. with a barbecue and outside dining table.
The apartment is made up of one double bedroom with wardrobe and twin bedside tables; a sitting room with kitchen corner with a double sofa bed, two bathrooms with shower, two colour televisions and a fridge. All the rooms have air conditioning and there is a wall safe in the bedroom. Broadband internet access is available.
The apartment has its own private entrance. Sleeps 4.

Flat Ambrosia: Two-roomed ground floor apartment of 54 sq.m., which has a private garden of some 80 sq.m. with a barbecue and outside dining table. It offers facilities for the disabled.
The apartment is made up of one double bedroom with a window opening onto the sitting room, but no external window; a sitting room with kitchen corner with a double sofa bed, bathroom with shower.
