The farmhouse features 5 charming apartments built on the ground floor. 
Every apartment boasts a large living room, kitchen, bathroom with the cabin shower and both barbecue and veranda areas. The living room is equipped with a confortable double sofa bed, fold-out table with chairs and satellite TV.

The access to the kitchen is through a sliding door. The area is fully furnished with a gas hob, oven, refrigerator-freezer, toaster , kettle, cupboard, dining table and the chairs. There are fitted wardrobes and TV sockets in every double bedroom of the property. In addition, there is a washing machine, iron and an ironing board in all four apartments.

Outside there are the barbecue and veranda areas equipped with both table and chairs, which are perfect for an enjoyable barbecue session under the warm Tuscan sun or staying cool under the shade of the trees.

Finally, the farmhouse features a lovely swimming pool with its refreshing water that can be enjoyed at any time.

We all need our spaces for relaxing and feeling good when we are on holiday. 
To suit this need we thought up an Agriturismo able not only to guest children but also to offer services for their entertainment so leaving the parents to dedicate themselves to other things.

We displaced in all the external environments many plays for children. Children had a large garden to let off steam and the knowledge that they could be left alone to run around freely.

The holiday with children in agriturismo can become a time of discovery and learning related to the amusement.

For this purpose the farm raises many small animals such as chickens, rabbits, ducks, gooses that children will love to watch closely and nourish under our sourveillance.

The homegrown vegetables are at guests disposal that will learning to the children the name of vegetables and let they know how an onion, a tomato or a lettuce come up and grow up.

Finally, the great fun is guaranteed at the amusement park “Il Cavallino Matto” of Marina di Castagneto Carducci.

The farm fitted out a shop nearby the agriturismo to permit the guests to buy the seasonal products and to get some tourist informations, useful numbers, leaflets, walkind and cycling routes, agreements with restaurants and bathing establishments. It’s so possible to reserve a table at a restaurant or a day at a thermal spa directly at our agriturismo.

Also, it’s possible to rent new mountain bikes and city bikes for riding around the Tuscan countryside and old towns.

On application, qualified babysitters can be arranged for he daytime as well as the evening.
