The agriturismo

The estate is around 2.5 km from the sea and around 10 km from the regional capital Livorno.

One of the most beautiful coastlines of the Tyrrhenian Sea is easily accessible via a flat, unsurfaced track, suitable for walkers of all abilities and passing through the heart of a protected nature park.

 

The agriturismo welcomes its guests into a carefully renovated old Tuscan farmhouse which overlooks the Chioma River valley from on high.The property is surrounded by olive trees and Mediterranean shrubland.The adjoining family-run farm cultivates around 25 hectares of olive trees.The agriturismo enjoys the ideal climate, fresh both in summer, thanks to the proximity to the sea and the elevated position, and in winter.

The accommodation

The farm is located at the start of a nature trail through the Colline Livornesi Park, perfect for lovers of trekking and mountain biking (mountain bikes are available to hire).

 

Guest accommodation is provided in 5 rooms:Fiordaliso (quadruple), Margherita (single), Papavero (twin), Rosa (quadruple) and Camomilla (quadruple).
All rooms include bathrooms, TVs and free wireless internet.The interiors combine traditional furnishing with modern features.

 

There is a restaurant serving traditional Tuscan menus, prepared using ingredients from the farm itself (mainly oil, vegetables, pasta, bread and homemade desserts).

Activities and surrounding

Those who love the sea can visit Chioma beach in Quercianella, or Castiglioncello a little further away, as well as exploring the Etruscan Coast, while in the immediate vicinity you'll find a beautiful marina where visitors can enjoy dinghy rides.

Cities of art such as Volterra, San Gimignano, Lucca, Pisa and Florence are also easily accessible.A shuttle service is available to transport guests to/from Pisa airport (Galileo Galilei).

On the estate itself, guests can relax on the loungers around the swimming pool, enjoying the freshness of the surrounding nature.

Our farm is located in the heart of the Chioma Valley, it is surrounded by nature and from its elevated position you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea. In order to get there, you have to drive 2.5 km of dirt road. However, it can be easily covered by any four-wheeled vehicle walking at a slow pace.
The cleaning of the rooms is performed deeply every day, with an additional sanitation according to the current regulations.
Our typical Tuscan cuisine is prepared with love and dedication, and it is appreciated by many people.
