La Muccheria

Sea: the beach is 5 km away and stretch for about 10km (6 miles) in each direction. You will find both serviced and free beaches.
At the San Vincenzo harbour you can enjoy sailing courses or sea excursions, both in sailboats and motor boats.
It is also possible to charter sailboats in the area. 

Golf: there are three golf courses nearby: "Punta Ala" and "Il Pelagone". Only 20 to 40 minutes' drive to enjoy your favourite sport. Just ask our receptionist for the telephone numbers to make a reservation. 
Cycling: the coastline of Maremma offers flat routes for easy, low-effort cycling. You can also cycle all along the beach through the pines. But just a few kilometres inland, the hills are gentle to the eyes but not so much to the legs. Serious enthusiasts will be able to get proper exercise. And of course, there are specialised mountain bike tracks.

Trekking: well-marked, even paths are available for walkers - near the seaside or on the hills.
Tennis: available in San Vincenzo (6 courts)

Horse riding: two stables nearby, for beginners or for excursions. . Just ask our receptionist for the telephone numbers to make a reservation.

In the hills nearby (15-30 minutes).there are  many historic towns to discover: Populonia, Campiglia, Castagneto, Bolgheri, Massa Marittima. Each of them deserves a visit.
Pisa, Lucca, Siena, Florence and even Rome are within easy reach (45 to 120 minutes). This allows our guests to enjoy Tuscany without giving up the joys of the seaside.
