The complex exists inside a large garden in which there isthe main building and a secondary building. Outlook: the main facade of the building faces south-east and enjoys an excellent exposure throughout the day and a magnificent panorama over the flat landscape of the Maremma, as far as the eye can see, right to the promontory of Populonia.
To the north west of the complex, over the local Lavoriere road, is the creative business area of Venturina, made up of warehouses, stock storerooms and eco-friendly manufacturing companies, with direct access from the trunk road on the opposite side of the Via delle Lavoriere.
The place has therefore maintained the tranquillity and the silence which is traditional in the Maremma countryside.
Climatic conditions are characterised by mild winters and summers which are sunny and cooled by the sea breeze which comes from two different sides.

Composition: 12 apartments are available for rent, 4 on the first floor and 8 on the ground floor.
On the ground floor there are 6 two room apartments and 2 three room apartments with size varying from about 45m² to about 55 m². They all have two gardens, one south facing and one north facing, with access at the south side, and they all also have porches, tiled pavements and external sinks. Internally they have a bright living room with kitchenette, one or two bedrooms and they can comfortably accommodate 4 people (6 for the three room apartments).
The apartments on the first floor are all about 95m², they have access to the stairs on the north side, they all have south facing habitable terrace spaces which get the sun all day. Internally they have a bright living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms and two bathrooms and they can comfortably accommodate from 4 to 8 people.

All the apartments are new and have hot running water, an independent heating system, wooden framed, double glazed, sound proofed windows, aluminium shutters with locks, flooring, finishings and bathroom fixtures of the best quality, connected to the towns sewage system, furnished in 2009 in modern or classical style.
In the park there are numerous shady parking spaces, green grassy areas, maritime pine trees, cypresses, cork trees, laurels, and different access roads for the apartments on the first floor and those on the ground floor. With the aim of preserving the peace and quiet of the building there are two different access points for the first floor and ground floor apartments with two access roads and two gates, each equipped with remote control and entry phone system.
All of the communal areas are lit and equipped with irrigation systems and the parking areas are also lit.
