The country house is nestled on a hill between the medioval villages Suvereto and Campiglia Marittima overlooking the  Etruscan coast.

A magical place where at night you can perceive the breathing of the oak under the starring night. We offer cosy apartments, cottages and suites,  furnished with charme in tuscan stile

The country house is composed of three 16th century stone-houses, recently restored. They are located 250mt above sea level, ensuring a refreshing breeze during the hot summer season, surrounded by 45 ha of olive and chestnut trees inviting you to take a relaxing walk.
Small Pool of 5.50x2.70x1.20mt (for children) is located on a terrace garden and you will relax and enjoy  the marvelous view over the rolling olive-groves tol the sea. (15km)
On  belvedere terrace, under the shade of pine trees, you can enjoy tasting Tuscan wines, antipasti and  our extra-vergin olive oil made from our own bio olives!

6 apartments (2-5 pers.) 2 Cottages 2 + 6-8 pers. are composed of  living/dining room with kitchen corner and garden with a furnished veranda.  Great care has been taken to the interior furnishing and every item has been selected individually giving the impression of a lovingly furnished home, reflecting the warmth and comfort of the typical tuscan tradition. DAINO - 2-room apartment (ca. 60m ²) on the ground floor: 4 pers. Living/dining with sofa-bed,1 bed.  Kitchen-corner. Double bed- room.Shower/Wc/bidet. Big garden.

FAGIANO - 2-room apartment( ca. 75m2) on the ground floor 4-5 Pers. Large living/dining with corner-divan (double-bed) and 1 Bed.  Sep.kitchen corner with window. Sep.WC .double room with shower/Wc.

CASA DI CACCIA - ca.120 m²: 4-room Cottage , 6-8 pers. Living/dining with ktichen corner (dishwasher and oven) fire-place, 2 divans and exit to the veranda and garden with panoramic-view. Double bed- room with roof-terrace. Dusche/WC.
