A farm nestled on the plains of the Vignale Riotorto, a few kilometers from the sun-drenched beaches of the Golfo di Follonica, stretching over 9 hectares, with olive groves, vineyards, and vegetables typical of Maremma. Particularity: family-run, with simple hospitality that is very cordial and comfortable, near lovely beaches.

The farmhouse has been recently renovated and the ground floor offers two apartments: Ponente and Levante. The furniture is totally new in Tuscan style, while the ceilings have exposed wooden beams and Tuscan terracotta.
Each apartment has a master bedroom (an extra bed can be added, at an additional charge), kitchen-living room with master sofa bed, and private bath.
The living quarters have their own kitchens with pots/pans, cutlery, and linens, electric oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, gas burners, and dish washer.
The bathroom has a shower and blow dryer.
The living room has a digital TV. Additional bed for kids (Foppa Pedretti model) is free. Air conditioning (hot-cold air).
The apartment overlooks a portico exclusively for guests. Garden furniture (table with 6 chairs), barbecue, lounge chairs.
The farm is fenced-in and the parking lot is covered.
Internet ADSL connection is free. Adult bikes also available.
