Podere SS. Annunziata II

The farm SS. Annunziata II will welcome you to the warmth of Tuscany and offer you all the comforts necessary for you to enjoy your holiday to the full.

On request we can provide all the equipment you need for children: cradles, prams, cots, push chairs and high chairs. There is a large playground fitted with safe equipment where children can enjoy playing in the open air. For your dinners we make available a barbecue and a wood burning oven where you can prepare excellent pizzas. 
Outside the house there is a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a large shaded car park for cars, motorbikes and bicycles. 
Small pets are welcome and they will find bowls and beds. 
Each apartment has its own entrance and garden, with an area equipped with a table, chairs and sun beds. 
In the reception area it is possible to receive telephone calls and use the internet. 

APARTMENTS MIMOSA - Is composed of a dining room, a kitchen area and satellite TV. It faces onto a well equipped and reserved garden. It has two bedrooms, one of which has a view of the sea and hills. It has a bathroom with shower. 

APARTMENTS BASILICO - Is composed of a dining room with a kitchen area, divan and satellite TV, two bedrooms, a sea view, bathroom with shower and a large well equipped garden. It is accessed from a shaded terrace which has a sea view and is equipped with a table and chairs.

APARTMENTS FRAGOLA - Is composed of a large dining room with a kitchen area, bed settee and satelite TV. Two bedrooms, bathroom with shower. In front of the house there is a pergola of strawberry grapes with a table and chairs. 

APARTMENTS EDERA - Is situated beneath a strawberry grape pergola and is composed of a room with a divan and satellite TV, a kitchen area and a huge bedroom. The bathroom has a shower.

APARTMENTS BOUGANVILLEA - A characteristic single room with a beamed ceiling, which is a converted carriage house. It is composed of a large room divided into a day area with a kitchen area and satellite TV, and a night area. It has a bathroom with shower and a portico.

ROOMS OLIVO - Ground floor room with sea view and garden anteroom air conditioning refrigerator and microwave. Wanting is communicating with Lavender Room
