The renovation of the cottage has respected the original architecture of typical Tuscan farmhouse; beams, joists and frames are chestnut, floors and ceilings were made with recycled materials, the decor is restored antique furniture and handcrafted pieces.
Five two rooms apartments have: a bedroom, a kitchen (that is also a living room) with sofa bed and a bathroom. One three rooms apartment has: 2 bedrooms, a kitchen (that is also living room) with sofa bed, and 2 bathrooms. Each apartment has a fireplace, air conditioning, satellite TV, safety box, dishwasher and an outdoor area with table, umbrella and chairs.
The country house consists of 6 apartments and a common room with a big fireplace and made available to all guests.
