Al mulino del Fortunato

The farmhouse is located about 2 km from the town of Gallicano, in the lush, peaceful countryside, near all main services, like the Emergency Medical Service, Police, and malls.

The apartments are located in an old mill from the 1700s, in use up until about 25 years ago, perfectly and skillfully restored and maintaining intact the materials and atmosphere of the past, where possible. New life has been given to this place: ceilings with exposed wooden beams, stone walls, gravel flooring. Both apartments provide all comforts, including satellite TV, a fireplace, possibility of dining in the yard next to each apartment. Small animals are welcome.

Currently, the rooms where wheat, cornmeal, and dried chestnuts were milled (the heart of the former mill) will become a small museum and tavern.

Each apartment has a well equipped kitchen, living room, bedroom, private bath, and small outside space with table.

There is also a pool (12m x 5m), large garden, lounge chairs and umbrellas, solarium, large parking lot, and bike rental for excursions.
