The agriturismo

The company, born in 2006 from the passion for the land and the desire to make quality products, is located on the first hill of Stiava, between the sea of Versilia and the Apuan Alps. With the same passion are cultivated olive trees and vines, with which they are produced oil and wine company, and are raised Amiata donkeys.

 

Since 2012, the farm has been offering accommodation in charming gypsy and circus caravans immersed in the olive grove with seaview.

The accommodation

Two tzigane caravans, dating back to the beginning of the 20th century, coming from Hungary, have been restored by the owners: immersed in the quiet of the olive grove, where it is possible to fall asleep to the song of crickets or relax by the salt water swimming pool overlooking the sea, they offer an evocative and timeless stay. The third caravan, Poiana, Italian, dating back to the '60s, comes from a family of Italian caravanners and, like the others, has been directly restored by the owners.

Each caravan is equipped with air conditioning, heat pump, mini fridge, kettle (with supply of tea, instant coffee and herbal teas), bathroom with shower, bath and pool linen, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers and courtesy soaps.

Outside: veranda with kitchen area with gas BBQ with stove, sink, American coffee, fridge, moka, tables, chairs. On request, included in the price, supply of crockery and kitchen utensils. The Caravan Poiana has an internal kitchen.

 

The garden, about 3000 square meters, offers various furnished areas where to relax and has aswimming pool forits guests.

The whole area is covered by wi-fi network with free access.

Activities and surrounding

One of the main attractions is the coast of Versilia, where guests can visit the towns of Viareggio, Massarosa, Camaiore, Pietrasanta, Forte dei Marmi, Seravezza and Stazzema.

The area offers a myriad of activities and entertainment: nature, art, culture and the social scene being the key elements.

Day trips can be taken to Lucca, Pisa, Florence, Sarzana, and le Cinque Terre, which also offer festivals, markets, fairs and events of every kind.
