The agriturismo
The agriturismo is located at the foot of the medieval villageof Montecarlo, famous for its DOC wines and oil as well as its cultural vitality and craftsmanship.
The accommodation
The agriturismo, a building featuring traditional Tuscan architecture, is on two floors with 7 rooms, all with wi-fi connection and the latest generation air conditioning system.
The ground floor, with terracotta flooring, revolves around a large convivial hall connected to a spacious shared kitchen and includes two communicating rooms (can be used as a single apartment) and two extra bathrooms.
On the first floor, with parquet flooring, are the other 5 bedrooms, characterised by variations in colour and furnishings.
The agriturismo has a park covering over ten hectares with olive groves, orchards, herbs and marshes.
The estate is crossed by waterways and there is a lake to the south. The garden, with a lawn and swimming pool, also features a vegetable garden.
