we’re sorry about this feedback considering that on 6th february, before you even confirmed the reservation, I personally sent you a detalied info+gallery for the only apt still available on the period you’ve requested and I clearly specified that the 2 apts were 150mt (not 300mt) far each other.
Is pointless and childish to complain about something unreal just to try obtain a refund, especially when there are clear proof of this also in any communication we had before and during the reservation process, so no misleading information at all.
The apt you booked owns a second outside spot into the small garden 10 mt from your door, area that you never used, despite the fact this was mentioned it in the emails before the reservation and I personally shown you on the welcome/check in process .
Funny that you complain on privacy and comfort when you, for 2 weeks, invaded the other guests privacy by parking you car in their apt’s path or garden (when the official parking was 10 mt far and we daily asked you to avoid this), took possession of the tables and chairs dedicated to THEIR private outdoor areas to place them In front of your entrance door, you NEVER followed any of the pool rules and been noisy and disrespectful with all the other guests present during your stay (who complained a lot).
I’d like also to remind you that we didn’t asked a refund for the broken net into your apt and the ripped/destroyed carpet into the other family apt.
regarding the weather, it has been an exceptional situation, never happened in the last 30 years with temperatures way over the standards for this area, really unexpected and uncomfortable also for us.
