Guests can walk through the woods and olive groves, enjoying the surrounding landscape and stopping by the barn where cows and calves are kept, use the swimming pool or check out the old oil mill, where the traditional grindstone is still in use to obtain an excellent cold-pressed extra-virgin oil from the olives produced by the farm's 9000 trees.

In the immediate area, in a range of 1 km, there are several sport facilities; 5 and 11 a-side football, tennis, fishing, sailing, (on the lake) horse riding and golf.
The Versilian beaches are just 6 km away.
In 10-15 km range many characteristic town such as: Pietrasanta, Camaiore, Forte dei marmi, Viareggio, Torre del Lago-Puccini.
