Accommodation for guests is located in what were once farm workers' houses. The ambiance is pervaded with a sense of the simplicity and respect for both the grueling life of hard-working farm hands and Nature itself. This is the atmosphere which characterizes "Le Residenze".

Equipped with all modern facilities and a swimming pool set amongst olive groves, this is the ideal location for relaxing, taking in breathtaking views and enjoying the simple pleasures which are all too often forgotten in today's world. These surroundings conjure up images of an ancient plough being used to cultivate the land and a farmer who toils laboriously at his one true passion… olives. Not only can all this be enjoyed in spring and summer, but throughout the year, thanks to the colours, perfumes and emotions which Nature itself presents you, during each moment of the day .

The restaurant is one of the most important focal points situated along our estate. It is located in an ancient renovated country farmhouse. It is the perfect place to re-discover the fragrances and flavours of the Tuscan cuisine of long ago…… a time when once, quenched by a good glass of wine and a delicious steaming plate of food not only meant the simple act of eating and drinking, but an occasion to enjoy the pleasures of nature and sample what she, with great sacrifice, had handed down to us.

- "Ravioli radicchio rosso e scaglie di pecorino, pizzoccheri al ragù bianco di cinta senese, pappardelle alla lepre, crespella di farina di mais con gorgonzola e pere, farro alla garfagnina."
- "Fiorentina alla brace, maialino di latte al forno, baccalà alla brace, cinghiale alle mele verdi e pinoli, bistecchine di capriolo alla senape."
- Delicious homemade cakes, unique in their taste for simplicity.

For those who prefer pizza instead of traditional cooking, we inform that will have at their disposal a big wood-burning oven, that takes out a large choise of pizzas and focaccia.

In summer you can dine in our large garden surrounded by greenery of our olive groves.
