Il Cargedo

The house, just in between the olives and the fruits trees, has 4 double rooms (with  the possibility to add a third one) finely furnished. Each has private bathroom and terrace facing the olive trees. In the warm dining room max 12 people can be served in a famliar enviroment.

The kitchen is one of the Il Cargedo strenght; the ingredients of the dishes come directly from the farm or from small local producers. Traditional recipes are the base of the dishes and everything is home made: from cakes served on breakfast to bread, fresh and filled pasta and desserts prepared for dinner. Extravergin oliv oil, produced with the olives of our trees, is the base for many of the dishes cooked in our kitchen.

There is a relax living room with satellite TV and a small library for the guests. The swimming pool is just few meters from the house and the guests may enjoy the peacful place on comfortable deckchairs and sunbeds or refresh during the warm summer days. Outside there is also a stone oven with barbeque where is possible to spent nice evenings all together eating pizza, focacce, farinate or grilled meat.
